WIth the selling of our house, Lynn knew the exact cost range to get people in to look at it and then get a contract on it. We had been trying to sell our home for 5 years with another agent and on our own. We met Lynn at an open house where she was showing the villa we now live in. She was very professional and so personable, it made it easy to work with her right away. She actually went to our home from the open house and that was the beginning of a great experience. It only took 3 months to sell our home and that was at Christmas.
Lynn in tenacious, she never stops. She absolutely must work 24/7. We would get emails from all hours of the day and night. When she took on our house to sell, she said she would do everything possible to sell it. Well, we believe she did do EVERYTHING because she got it done AND to our complete satisfaction.

I have had over 15 years experience working with Lynn in my previous job. She was the Real Estate agent for the builder I worked for. Me and my husband worked with Lynn, she was wonderful i do not have enough words to explain how great she was and gave 110% of herself for us.
